Questions have been raised regarding Canada Life’s policy regarding tax slips and statements. As a reminder:
- Prior to September 2022, when members logged into My Canada Life At Work, they were prompted to accept the new Terms & Conditions which included receiving electronic statements, tax slips, etc., where available.
- If members have NOT logged into My Canada Life At Work since September 2022, they will continue to receive statements and tax receipts by mail.
- If members have logged into My Canada Life At Work since September 2022 and accepted the Terms & Conditions, they will receive an email advising them when the tax receipts are available to download.
- If members have logged into the My Canada Life At Work site since September 2022 and accepted the Terms & Conditions BUT would prefer to receive mailed statements and tax receipts, they can update this online under Your Profile (from the initials on the top right corner) then Communication Preferences.
