Holiday hours
GRS administration offices will have limited hours on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and will be open until noon.
The Client Service Center will operate on Tuesday, Dec. 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET and Tuesday, Dec. 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
Administrative offices and the Client Service Centre will be closed:
- Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024 (Christmas Day)
- Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024 (Boxing Day)
- Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 (New Year’s Day)
- Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025 (Quebec Administration offices only)
- Monday, Feb. 17, 2025 (All except Quebec)
