New sign-in page for your CEIRP plan
You may have noticed something a little different when you go to log on to your account on www.grsaccess.com. You, the Plan member, will be redirected to the new sign-in page, www.mycanadalifeatwork.com. From there, using your Access ID and password, you can access your CEIRP group retirement savings plan as you normally would. Canada Life has provided a Q&A to help you navigate this new system, including their technical support line, which is 1-888-222-0775, in case you need extra help.
Bonus: If your group benefits are also with Canada Life you can access your benefit plan through the same portal using your GroupNet email address and password credentials.
Canada Life’s Holiday Hours and CEIRP Season’s Greetings
For your convenience, here are the holiday operational hours at Canada Life:
- Wednesday, December 23: Regular Hours
- Thursday, December 24: Offices will close at noon local time
- Friday, December 25: Closed (Christmas Day)
- Monday, December 28: Closed (Lieu day for Boxing Day)
- December 29-31: Regular Hours
- Friday, January 1: Closed (New Year’s Day)
- Monday, January 4: Offices closed in Quebec only (Day After New Year’s Day)
