There may be some confusion about how to sign in to access your CEIRP Group RSP through the MyCanadaLifeAtWork.com portal.

The MyCanadaLifeAtWork.com portal serves two types of plans, GRS Access (Group RSP) and GroupNet (Group Health Benefits), but they are not integrated so the same credentials won’t work for both.

To access your CEIRP Group RSP, you need to sign in with your existing GRS Access ID (usually a 7-digit number issued when you first enrolled in the plan), or the custom ID you created if you enrolled through Enrolment Express (online), and your password.

If your group benefits (health plan) are also with Canada Life you would need to use your GroupNet sign-in email address and password.
